Responsibilities

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
  • Manage ERP user accounts, permissions, and roles, ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end users.
  • Perform ERP system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
  • Train and support end users in utilizing ERP features and functions effectively.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other business systems and applications.
  • Monitor data accuracy and resolve any inconsistencies or errors.
  • Work with vendors and external partners for system enhancements, customizations, and third-party integrations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience administering ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and processes.
  • Proficiency in database management and querying (SQL).
  • Experience with ERP integrations and third-party applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Experience in project management or working in an Agile environment is a plus.
