- Administer, monitor, and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
- Manage ERP user accounts, permissions, and roles, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end users.
- Perform ERP system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
- Train and support end users in utilizing ERP features and functions effectively.
- Ensure seamless integration with other business systems and applications.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve any inconsistencies or errors.
- Work with vendors and external partners for system enhancements, customizations, and third-party integrations.
- 3+ years of experience administering ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and processes.
- Proficiency in database management and querying (SQL).
- Experience with ERP integrations and third-party applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Experience in project management or working in an Agile environment is a plus.
