Cybersecurity Analyst

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting the Department of Defense, is searching for a Cybersecurity Analyst. The candidate should possess understanding and practical knowledge of cybersecurity needs and requirements for both hardware and software. This work supports various projects in the Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Group both at the Radiance facility and on-site government facilities .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  
• Experience with DOD cyber security and information assurance practices
  
• Software/Hardware vulnerability analysis on current and future systems
  
• Familiarity with networks and network protection best practices
  
• Experience with ACAS, Eval-STIG scans and preparing hardware/software for these scans
  
• Experience with documenting government Risk Management Framework ( RMF) requirements within the government owned Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) database
  
• Understanding of network equipment administration
  
• Knowledge of embedded real-time operating systems and best practices for securing
  
• Security+ Certification (strongly desired) or obtain within 3 months of employment
  

• ship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
  

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
  
• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification and Operating Environment Certification
  
• Prior DoD system administrator/network administrator experience
  
• CISSP certification
  
• Army portfolio management system (APMS) experience
  
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Understanding of Windows and Linux operating system administration
