  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Exciting Opportunity: Project Testing Coordinator in Atlanta, GA!!!

Position Title: Project Testing Coordinator

Location: 200 Piedmont Avenue SE Suite 1604, West Tower, Atlanta, Georgia 30334-9010 (Remote work with Onsite meetings)

Interview Format: Web Cam or In Person

Work Arrangement:

  • Primarily remote, with occasional onsite meetings in downtown Atlanta.
  • Local candidates only.

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for the overall success of the testing effort. This role involves coordinating and scheduling testing activities, resource management, and quality advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project requirements to understand testing needs.
  • Estimate and secure management support for testing resources.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to assign testing tasks.
  • Coordinate the development and documentation of test scripts.
  • Ensure data readiness for testing scenarios.
  • Document and maintain testing processes and artifacts.
  • Track and report on testing outcomes and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in a related field with 1 year of IT experience; or
    • Associate s degree in a related field with 3 years of IT experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Testing Coordinator for an enterprise Workday Implementation (HR and/or FIN) is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with various testing software and technologies.
