Role: Project Administrator (or) Project Assistant (or) Project Coordinator

Duration: Full time

Position: contract to hire (OR) salaried

Work Type: Hybrid West Coast (25% onsite If required)

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Receive the day-to-day work instructions from the Project Manager(s) but is expected to be a self-starter and work independently.
  • 2. Responsible for supporting the Project Manager(s) and ensuring his/her projects are maintained properly throughout the project lifecycle.
  • 3. Knowledge of working on ERP (SAP, JD Edwards Etc. ) is highly preferable
  • 4. Assisting Project manager with monthly project reviews and participate in project reviews.
  • 5. Coordinate and update project/program documentation to facilitate informed project decisions.
  • 6. Must be well versed in using spreadsheets (Pivot tables etc.), MS project. Office 365, PowerPoint presentations etc.
