Summary

Your role in our mission

  • Configure Disaster Recovery Account and infrastructure in the Amazon Cloud.
  • Execute server and infrastructure recovery processes in the Disaster Recovery environment in the AWS cloud to meet each state client's recovery time objectives.
  • Document technical procedures using MS tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Provides input for documentation and assists in documentation of new or existing programs to ensure information accessibility, as required.
  • Participates in designing, developing, troubleshooting and analyzing technical cloud and recovery solutions.
  • Provides feedback and reports to management on the status and availability of systems, infrastructure, and backups to ensure proper functionality.
  • Provide hands-on first level support to customers.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field and with training in cloud computing preferred.
  • Entry level that can perform routine technical assignments.
  • Requires basic knowledge of cloud functions and resource and can be trained on specific tasks.
  • Working knowledge of disaster recovery and data replication techniques.


The pay range for this position is $48,700.00 - $69,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
