  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Lab Manager – Latex Chemist

Location: Pomona, CA

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year (depending on experience)

Industry: Manufacturing / Chemist / Industrial / Latex Formulation

Employment Term: Fulltime / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize latex formulations for mold-making and adhesive applications.
  • Supervise and provide direction to lab technicians and quality control personnel, including responsibilities related to hiring, training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with production staff on pilot batches and resolve production challenges.
  • Engage with sales teams to understand current product issues, usage, and requirements for product development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
  • Performs all other duties.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in latex chemistry, with a focus on mold-making or adhesive applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address production challenges effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
