Business System Analyst

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT Business Analyst to work with a strong PMO based in Nashville, TN. This position is 100% onsite and offering ample room for growth and professional development with a complex SDLC PMO.

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for partnering with business units, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure business requirements and technical specifications are developed and understood, driving project success.

Duties:

• Interview stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical teams to develop technical specifications in support of the business objects.
• Provide regular project updates during stakeholder meetings, creating and sharing project documentation to support the effective communication across areas.
• Developer user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting UAT.
• Escalate issues and work tasks as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Prove process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Systems Analyst and/or Data Analyst experience
• Strong experience working with SQL and creating reports
• Experience in IT Healthcare, preferred working with Medicare/Medicaid
