Oracle Fusion Administrator

Location: Romulus, MI (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: 6+ month Contract/Contract to Hire

As an Oracle Fusion Administrator, you will lead implementation, upgrades, performance, enhancements, and support of the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a 3rd-party integrator for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, covering requirements, design, testing, and roll-out of ERP, EPM, and HCM.
  • Partner with 3rd-party managed services for ongoing deployments, configurations, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the Oracle Fusion suite.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
  • Communicate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.
  • Announce maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  • Maintain the Oracle technology roadmap.
  • Work onsite every day (Monday - Friday).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of overall ERP administration experience.
  2. 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  3. Involvement in at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications implementation.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
  • Knowledge of business process workflows.
  • Experience with functional/technical design specifications.
  • Proficiency in data conversions and overall data management.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion, including AI capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to train internal staff.
  • Understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies, and Application Server Life Cycle Management.
  • Familiarity with core technologies such as ServiceNow and Office365.
  • Certification in one or more of the following (or equivalent):
    • Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional
    • Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional
    • Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Professional
    • Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Professional
    • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Application Integration Professional
    • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Enterprise Analytics Professional
    • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Digital Assistant Professional
    • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate
