Brain Balance is seeking a professional, energetic and organized individual who loves children to fill the Program Director position in our Dallas, TX center. Must love working with children and has a passion for helping them reach their full potential.
Our after-school program works with children struggling socially, behaviorally, academically or developmentally. Our cutting-edge program helps the brain to mature and develop by addressing the cause, not the symptoms. We are a drug free program that includes Sensory Motor, Cognitive and Nutritional components which create lasting change and rapid, lifelong results.
Full time applicants must be available between the hours of 10:00-7:30 M-F and occasional Saturdays
The ideal candidate would be looking for a long-term career and have a love of children and enjoy working with children.

- Assessments of children.
- Overseeing programs.
- Meeting with families to review program results and coach them on lifestyle changes as well as review the progress of their child, Oversee coaches that are working with the children, etc.
Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication & social skills
- Flexible personality
- Good organizational skills
- Marketing and sales background or skills
- Good computer skills
- Management abilities
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Psychology, human/child development, exercise science, behavioral science, or education background a plus
- Spanish as a second language would be a great PLUS
