  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of data BI and QA specialists.

Work closely with data engineering teams to drive the design and development of data warehouse to meet our business intelligence and analytical requirements

Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest industry trends in BI technology and insurance analytics. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team Foster a team culture of continuous development Demonstrable experience in analytics and management roles with a focus on Power BI and Microsoft database platforms Experience in the Insurance industry with a solid understanding of underwriting data needs and compliance standards Proven expertise with Microsoft PowerBi and SQL Experience working in DevOps (managing resources/capacity, release pipelines and source control) Strong experience with agile and software development lifecycle work - including design, build, code review, testing, release and bug fixing Project management experience, with a track record of leading successful technology projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field preferred Technical expertise & capabilities within your field Ability to productively leverage data and technology
