The Manager of Digital Analytics will lead a team responsible for Tag Management initiatives and Data Driven Insight strategies.
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr Manager Digital Analytics:
- Serve as the direct analytics point of contact for the Marketing team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to deliver personalized marketing experiences across various digital platforms
- Ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives
- Mentor and delegate tasks appropriately to direct reports
- Ensure alignment from Analytics on integrated marketing campaigns
Required Skills for Sr Manager Digital Analytics:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, CRM Analytics, Data Science / BI with a focus on Web/ e-commerce analytics
- Proficiency in Tealium AudienceStream, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Tealium, Google, or Adobe Tag Management, Adobe Target or similar for A/B testing and personalization
- Proven experience as a people manager with a collaborative leadership approach
- Expertise in visualizing data and storytelling with data to create actionable reports and presentations
- Experience with financial forecasting, financial concepts, informing business strategy, data science, and statistics
