Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across all social media channels. You’ll develop strategies to boost engagement, expand our audience, and promote our brand in alignment with the company’s goals. We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across platforms.
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, fostering a strong online community.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social content with broader marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Report regularly on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape, including trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual content that resonates with audiences.
