Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SDR Manager to lead and grow our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in the USA. As the SDR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and training a high-performing team of SDRs to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in scaling our sales operations and building a strong pipeline for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor the SDR team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Recruitment: Hire top-tier SDR talent to build and scale a high-performing team.
  • Training & Development: Develop onboarding and continuous training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of SDRs.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics, ensuring accountability and progress towards goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve the lead qualification process.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and scaling an SDR team, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in global payroll, EOR, or related industries is a plus but not required.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 Base Salary, Variable Earnings of $85,000 - $100,000 (uncapped)
