JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with an Active TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph to lead and oversee projects in a fast-paced, high-security environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, particularly within IL4 or higher environments. Experience with Salesforce is required, as the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Salesforce in a secure setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management in IL4 or higher environments, ensuring secure operations and compliance with federal guidelines.
  • Manage the implementation, customization, and ongoing use of Salesforce across various projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while managing risks and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies for managing project lifecycles as per the needs of the project.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and vendors, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and manage projects in compliance with IL4 or higher environment standards.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph (must be current and valid).
  • Proven experience working in IL4 or higher security environments.
  • Salesforce experience is a MUST demonstrated success in managing Salesforce implementations or integrations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in using project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is required

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, or other modern IT project methodologies.
  • Previous experience in federal or defense-related projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage technical and non-technical teams in a secure environment.
