Position: Sr SAP PI/PO Developer w/ SF Integrations
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months plus

Description:

Our Client has a requisition out for an PI Developer with SuccessFactors experience. The Customers are in Sustainment mode and need a PI Developer to resolve production issues when they arise and any other development needs by the customer

Production Support Role for PI/PO Developer SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors Integration Support: Provide ongoing production support for SAP SuccessFactors integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO. Monitor and resolve issues related to integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve production issues affecting SAP SuccessFactors integrations. This includes identifying root causes of communication failures, mapping errors, and message flow interruptions, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor PI/PO interfaces linked to SuccessFactors, proactively addressing performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and data synchronization issues to ensure system stability and reliability.
Adapter Configuration Support: Maintain and troubleshoot adapters specific to SAP SuccessFactors integrations, such as SOAP, REST, SFTP, and IDoc. Ensure proper configuration for stable connections between SuccessFactors and downstream systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, and third-party applications).
Mapping and Data Transformation: Provide support in maintaining and troubleshooting data mappings and transformations for SuccessFactors integrations. This includes graphical mappings, data validation, and field-level transformations to ensure accurate and timely data exchange between SuccessFactors and connected systems.
Security & Compliance Support: Ensure that all SuccessFactors integrations adhere to security protocols (e.g., encryption, digital signatures) and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, SSL). Support the configuration of these measures in PI/PO to safeguard data integrity and meet compliance requirements.
Collaboration with HR & IT Teams: Work closely with HR teams, SAP SuccessFactors administrators, and IT teams to understand ongoing production support needs. Provide timely resolution of incidents and collaborate on any changes to integration designs as required by business or technical updates.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation of SuccessFactors integration scenarios, support incidents, and resolutions. Generate regular reports on system health, performance, and incidents to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
