Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling logistics software solutions and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to businesses across various industries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our cutting-edge TMS software, Empire TMS powered by TFM.
Responsibilities:
Salary: $50,000-$70,000 Base + Commission

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their logistics and supply chain challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Empire TMS.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in software sales, specifically in logistics software and/or TMS solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
