Scope:
Strong consultant who is expert with ITOM Service Mapping to run workshop sessions, document stories and support the below activities. This resource needs to be consultive in nature and able to drive results with the customer.
- Meet with service owners and define service maps (normal stuff)
- Draft stories to define service maps (normal stuff)
- Implement service maps using ITOM services available as defined in stories (normal stuff)
- Define Objectives, Processes, and KPIs for Starbucks Service Mapping for transition to eventual Starbucks process owner (not normal stuff)
For the Objectives/KPIs part, we need someone who has implemented/used Service Mapping and can guide how customer will achieve value. We also have some high-level direction from the account/product team, but this person will be required to draft processes using customer tools.
