The Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant is a valued team member who plays a critical role in our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Growth: Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns to drive success
- Customer Acquisition: Support efforts for customer acquisition and retention to enhance brand loyalty
- Customer Management: Expertly manage the needs of external customers to ensure a positive experience
- Leadership Development: Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills through hands-on experience
- Sales Promotion: Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Brand Recognition: Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing activities
- Customer Interaction: Interact and communicate with customers to promote products and services

- Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours and some weekends for special events
- Independent & Team Player: Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as collaborate on team projects
- Travel Willingness: Desire to travel at least 1-2 weeks a year for further training and development

- Educational Background: A 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field is preferred
