Role: Agile Delivery Manager (Oracle HCM Fusion)

Job Overview:

The Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of HR and legal technology projects, including the implementation of HRIS systems, legal management tools, compliance software, and other related technology solutions. This role requires a combination of project management skills, technical knowledge, and domain expertise in HR and legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning & Execution:
  2. Manage the end-to-end delivery of HR and legal technology projects, including project planning, scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  3. Lead the implementation of HRIS systems Oracle HCM Fusion, employee self-service platforms, Employee Learning management systems, legal case management systems, and compliance tools.
  4. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals, business requirements, and deliverables.
  5. Stakeholder & Team Management:
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR and Legal business teams ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business needs.
  7. Lead cross-functional project teams, including HR and legal subject matter experts, IT professionals, and external consultants.
  8. Facilitate regular communication with key stakeholders, providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
  9. Technology Integration & Customization:
  10. Oversee the integration of HR and legal technology platforms with existing systems (Oracle, Saba, IronClad, etc)
  11. Work with developers and system architects to customize solutions based on organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
  12. Ensure that all technology solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with data privacy, legal, and compliance standards.
  13. Risk Management & Compliance:
  14. Proactively identify and manage risks associated with technology delivery, including data security, compliance, and user adoption challenges.
  15. Ensure that all HR and legal technology implementations adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, employment laws, data protection).
  16. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project delivery.
  17. Vendor & Budget Management:
  18. Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, service agreements, and SLAs.
  19. Ensure efficient use of resources, tracking project budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  20. Lead the selection process for new HR and legal technology solutions, coordinating with procurement and legal teams.
  21. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  22. Monitor project progress, identifying any delays or challenges and reporting these to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  23. Track project KPIs and ensure that implemented solutions meet business needs and performance expectations.
  24. Prepare regular reports on project status, budget performance, and key milestones.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus. Knowledge of HR or legal technologies is essential.
  • Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience managing technology delivery projects, with a focus on HRIS, legal management systems, or compliance tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering HR or legal technology solutions on time and within budget.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with Orcale HCM Fusion
  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and customization of enterprise-level software.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Project Management Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
  • Ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Leadership & Communication:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management, conflict resolution, and decision-making.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of change management principles and strategies to ensure successful technology adoption.
  • Experience in working with legal and compliance departments to ensure technology alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
