Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on technical projects. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure all software, systems, applications, and information systems comply with client organization Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • Coordinate and procure all AWS space and services required to maintain the current system and scale appropriately for expected growth.
  • Collaborate with technical team members, clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Assess and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to team members and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Health, Science).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience managing agile technical teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification.
  • Agile Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience managing large teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple tasks that vary in scale and complexity.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, provide high attention to detail, and respond to challenges with a high degree of adaptability, sound judgment, and comfort in establishing new directions and managing change.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients, project team members, and colleagues

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :

$92,986.00 - $158,076.00
