6-Month Contract - Can be extended or a chance to go direct with the company depending on business needs.
Description:
Receptionist/ Customer Service role that will manage a multi-lone phone system. The role will provide product/service information and provide phone support to resolve customer issues with their alarm systems. Will need to be able to help troubleshoot and investigate issues.
-Manage High Volume Calls
-Identify customers needs to achieve satisfaction
-Schedule customers for install and service appointments with multiple technicians
-Walk customers through technical issues by phone (this will be trained )
-Build Relationships with customers
-Process account cancellations
-Accuracy with data entry
