  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Verify insurance benefits for specialty medications and services, documenting coverage details
  • Initiate and secure prior authorizations, including reviewing clinical documents for submission
  • Communicate updates on pending referrals and ensure timely processing
  • Calculate estimated patient financial responsibilities based on benefit verification and payer contracts
  • Assist patients in accessing financial assistance programs when necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Home infusion experience required
  • At least 2 years of experience in home infusion pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
  • Basic level skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with referrals, benefit verifications, and authorizations
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Familiarity with CPR+ software
