  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Prepare registration dossiers for government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Monitor evolving regulatory changes and communicate updates across the organization
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain conformity with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage annual reporting requirements for various regulatory standards
  • Function as a point of contact for safety data sheet (SDS) related inquiries from customers

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Chemistry, toxicology, or engineering preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience in the coatings industry
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to Houston and Dallas locations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Understanding of U.S. FDA food contact legislation
  • Knowledge of Mexico labeling/marking requirements, CARB, SCAQMD, EPA, TSCA, and DSL regulations
