- Manage annual reporting requirements for various regulatory standards
- Function as a point of contact for safety data sheet (SDS) related inquiries from customers
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Chemistry, toxicology, or engineering preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience in the coatings industry
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to Houston and Dallas locations
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Understanding of U.S. FDA food contact legislation
- Knowledge of Mexico labeling/marking requirements, CARB, SCAQMD, EPA, TSCA, and DSL regulations
