- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on medium to large projects (sized $500K or more)
- Prior experience in State or Federal government, preferably with the Department of Transportation
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in business process improvement
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Familiarity with risk management practices
- Involvement in strategic planning activities
- Understanding of lifecycle management concepts
