  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in EDI operations, with a strong focus on SAP SD modules.
    • Proven experience troubleshooting EDI issues and integrating SAP with external EDI systems and partners.
    • Retail industry experience is required, including familiarity with retail-specific processes like order processing and inventory management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
    • Hands-on experience with EDI mapping tools and related software.
    • Strong understanding of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules and integration points with EDI transactions.
    • Experience validating EDI documents such as 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Purchase Order Acknowledgment), 856 (Ship Notice), 810 (Invoice), 997 (Functional Acknowledgment).
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve discrepancies in EDI transactions efficiently.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in processing and validating EDI documents.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
    • Ability to interact with business users, understand their needs, and provide effective support for EDI transactions and issues.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with business teams to enhance EDI processes and ensure that requirements are met.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification or training in SAP SD modules is a plus.
  • Familiarity with EDI integration platforms and third-party EDI tools.
  • Previous experience in retail operations or working with retail-specific EDI transactions is highly preferred.
