Key Responsibilities:

• Technical point of contactfor customers during project implementations, both with their IT teams and the business contacts.
• Analyse customers business requirementsand turn them into clever technical solutions.
• Work with customers on the set up and use of their platformsand advise what method of integration or API will work best, and define any custom business rules that may be required.
• Create data migration plansand implement them for customers moving from another platform.
• Work closely with the engineering teamto understand and communicate technical requirements.
• Liaise with the data and strategy teamto implement prototype or beta services with select customers.
• Keep all projects on pointby collaborating with the Head of Customer Projects and the Customer Projects Implementation Manager, along with maintaining communication with customers.
• Provide technical supportto the customer projects/implementation teamand bridging the gap between technical and business language..

Experience:

• Must have worked for a B2B technology company, preferably SaaS.
• Broad technical experience in an engineering, development or technical pre-sales role.
• Must have hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Extensive experience with databases such as Postgres and MySQL.
• Experience working with API s and defining business logic to connect disparate systems.
• Experience with data migrations or data cleaning a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Project management skills (agile and waterfall) - certification(s) would be a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
