Position Overview:

The Senior Program Manager, Media, is responsible for coordinating and supporting the operational needs of the Media Creative team and agency partners as they develop comprehensive marketing programs across various media channels. This individual will facilitate briefings, comprehensive project planning, and communications to ensure the on-time and efficient creation of marketing campaigns that drive traffic, awareness, and conversion for brand partners within the media program. The role specializes in ensuring that various stages of projects are met in a timely and efficient manner, assisting teams in prioritization, communicating feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment for the creative team and brand partners.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Media Creative team in delivering exceptional marketing campaigns, design projects, and collateral for various media workstreams.
  • Communicate best practices and guidelines to brand partners to facilitate the project brief process.
  • Plan workflow for teams, including detailed project timelines, scope, available resources, and relevant communication milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management Client Media teams and brand partners to coordinate briefings for Creative projects and gather necessary information and details.
  • Manage project milestones by coordinating and facilitating creative kickoffs, reviews, and tracking project activity in Monday.com.
  • Coordinate communications between in-house Creative teams and external brand and agency partners to facilitate a smooth process for all.
  • Orchestrate day-to-day activities on assigned projects and prepare items such as project timelines, internal status reports, daily hot sheets, end-of-day lists, and various project management and tracking reports.
  • Organize, schedule, and lead internal status meetings with project team members.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and design teams to develop optimized systems for project management.
  • Work closely with operations teams to connect teams and projects for a complete and holistic view of the work.
  • Support brand partnerships by developing process documents and various resource materials in collaboration with Sales and Account Management teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Project Management, Design, Business Management).
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, trafficking creative services, or operations.
  • Experience working with design and marketing agencies across a variety of projects and channels (digital channels preferred).
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-starter capable of meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant project tracking and planning software such as Miro, Figma, Workfront, Monday.com, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a hybrid office environment.
  • Agency or Retail Media Network experience is preferred.
