Experience and Expertise
  • Minimum of 6+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on banking, insurance, or financial service
  • Demonstrated business acumen in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and/or Capital Markets
  • Proven track record in P&C insurance recruiting
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Workday Recruiter
  • Advanced skills in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for sourcing candidates
Industry Knowledge
  • In-depth understanding of the banking and insurance sectors, including regulatory requirements and industry trends
  • Familiarity with various roles in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Private Banking, and Specialty Insurance
Responsibilities
Recruitment Process Management
  • End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements in the hiring process.
  • Disposition candidates appropriately and maintain accurate records.
Client Management
  • Ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients and manage their expectations.
  • Handle escalations and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
Strategic Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies
Offshore-Specific Requirements

  • Understanding of offshore recruitment challenges and best practices
Time Management
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
