Workday Project/Program Manager

Job Summary:
Our client has a pivotal role for a Global HR Transformation project. This project consists of three key pillars, and they are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead one of these pillars focused on Business Process Optimization and Workday updates. This role is remote.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and management of the designated pillar of the HR Transformation project.
• Drive Business Process Optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage updates and teams in Workday, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other project pillars (IBM/ServiceNow and Alight/Payroll).
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Utilize best practices in program and project management to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Keys:

• Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager, specifically with Workday, ServiceNow and Alight.
• Demonstrated global implementation experience in HR technology projects.
• Strong background in Business Process Optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.
