Newrest is looking for an HR Coordinator/Badging to coordinate and conduct the organization’s goals and badging requirements.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with badging requirements for the unit.
  • Assist recruiting team to support scheduling interviews and on-boarding as needed
  • Determine need for employee badging and renewal.
  • Review applications for badging and provide feedback/correction as needed.
  • Coordinate onsite interviews for management team as needed.
  • Track employee activity; provide communication and updates on appointments as needed.
  • Attend job fairs to support departmental hiring goals as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the department as needed, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have strong organization skills and the ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance record is required.
  • Able to acquire airport security clearance (SIDA), within 30 days of hire.
