Newrest is looking for an HR Coordinator/Badging to coordinate and conduct the organization’s goals and badging requirements.

Role And Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with badging requirements for the unit.
- Assist recruiting team to support scheduling interviews and on-boarding as needed
- Determine need for employee badging and renewal.
- Review applications for badging and provide feedback/correction as needed.
- Coordinate onsite interviews for management team as needed.
- Track employee activity; provide communication and updates on appointments as needed.
- Attend job fairs to support departmental hiring goals as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the department as needed, and other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma required, associate degree or equivalent preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have strong organization skills and the ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team-based environment.
- Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external contacts.
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record is required.
- Able to acquire airport security clearance (SIDA), within 30 days of hire.
