Earn up to 10% of the staffing revenue your network produces.
Earn up to 50% of the ancillary revenue your network produces.
Sell or transfer your platform to someone else in the future.
Requirements:
2+ years of staffing industry, business development, or sales experience preferred.
Experience providing full-service specialized staffing solutions in your area is ideal.
Demonstrated ability to reach senior-level executives with target customers (C-suite, VP, etc.).
Tech-savvy individual with a strong social media presence including LinkedIn, Instagram, and job boards Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Introduce the services in your area via telephone, video, and in-person meetings.
Present the features and benefits of the platform to C-suite, VP, and hiring teams.
Bring in new jobs to fill.
Work with matched candidates and clients, setting up interviews, negotiating, and extending job offers to select candidates.
Provide feedback and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Train hiring teams on how to use the platform.
Grow new business opportunities across your geographical area and staffing specialty while expanding the current client base.
Grow network and income on the entire platform.
100% Remote
This is a commission-based, independent contractor position.
