  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Federal Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read/review all bid RFP documentation to understand project requirements
  • Coordinate bid review and evaluate in-house self-perform vs subcontracting
  • Solicit and review bids from subcontractors and material suppliers for correct scope of work
  • Develop a cost-effective plan and schedule for project completion
  • Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders for review/approval by senior management
  • Advise and obtain necessary approvals for potential organizational changes and additional commitments
  • Adhere to government laws, regulations, and building codes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BS in engineering, construction science, or minimum 3 years as PM in federal design-build construction
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction project management principles and safety standards
  • Experience with project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)
  • Familiarity with Timberline, RSMEANS, or 4Clicks is a plus
