Summary:
FlyteHealth is seeking an experienced Executive Project Manager to lead and manage high-impact projects that align with our strategic goals. This role requires a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in healthcare technology and a proven track record of successfully executing complex projects. The Executive Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects that drive FlyteHealth’s growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to executives and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Facilitate decision-making processes by providing critical insights and recommendations to leadership.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that costs are controlled.
- Monitor project expenses and report on budget variances to senior management.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet FlyteHealth’s high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire project teams to achieve their best performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Operations Management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing complex projects in the healthcare or health technology sector.
- Consulting firm experience is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
