The Role:

- Present opportunities to passive candidates, ensuring alignment with their qualifications and aspirations.
- Collaborate with leadership and the team to strategize and launch new client opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.).
- Proven sales and/or recruiting experience.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Structured and organized approach with a results-driven focus.
