  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Role : Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agile/Scrum)

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Job Type : W2

Location : Wilmington, Delaware

Responsibilities:

  • Overall 8+ years of experience and minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with preferable multiple Org consolidation experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Document end-to-end business process flows and user stories
  • Experience with integration projects and middleware technologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
