To help us continue expanding our offerings, we re in search of a product manager who s responsible for a product right from ideation and the market assessment phase to engineering, testing and marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
The Product Manager s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company s overall strategy and goals by:
Driving the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
Analyzing customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective
Assessing current competitor offerings and seeking opportunities for differentiation
Analyzing product requirements and developing appropriate programs to ensure they re met
Developing, implementing, and maintaining production timelines across multiple departments
Appraising new product ideas and strategizing appropriate go-to-market plans

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
Drive the execution of all processes in the product development lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, core positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates MedAdvisor Solutions across primary market segments
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Act as a leader within the company
Ability to be an SME on calls with customers and perform product demos
Help evaluate and set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales tools and collateral
Perform customer interviews and market assessments regularly
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
Prioritize product features and communicate the reason behind this to the stakeholders
Define and track product success metrics
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Take evidence-based decisions to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor s degree (or Equivalent) in product design or business management or engineering (MBA preferred)
Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members
Proven success overseeing in a nonmanagerial role all the elements of the product or software development lifecycle
Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams
Experience in delivering finely tuned product strategies, requirements, and launch
Product innovation and development track record
Technical and manufacturing know-how
Data analytics and metrics management skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
Must be able to travel 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in product design or business management or engineering (MBA preferred)
Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification a plus
2-3 years relevant work experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical market, including product management experience
Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and/or workflow management tools for product development (Azure, Jira, Aha!)
Previous experience with an organization with software, web, or app development
Expert at managing tight deadlines
Demonstrated experience achieving product goals and supporting company outcomes (i.e., revenue targets)
