Location: Chicago, Illinois HQ (300 E. Randolph Street)
Duration: 6 Months
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite , 2 days remote per week)
As a Business Consultant (T) you will:
Job Description:
The Business Consultant is responsible for providing business analysis and guidance to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies, ensuring consistency and efficiency. This role may involve supporting and leading teams in the implementation of complex initiatives that impact multiple functional areas within the division, while prioritizing divisional activities and tracking progress towards goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teams in the successful implementation of large-scale divisional activities across multiple functional areas.
- Assist in translating divisional strategy into executable plans for successful implementation.
- Develop clear and compelling deliverables, including presentations, reports, dashboards, and intranet content, to communicate work approaches and results to diverse audiences.
- Create business cases to support divisional efforts and assist in budget management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT partners, and other key areas that support the division.
- Lead divisional impact analyses of business requirements.
- Coordinate design, development, and implementation efforts of divisional initiatives, ensuring proper handoffs and coordination between functional areas.
- Evaluate systems, procedures, and policies for opportunities to enhance quality and productivity.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve operational and business processes and metrics.
- Interact with departmental and inter-departmental team members to identify issues, gather data, brainstorm solutions, prioritize tasks, and share findings.
- Manage multiple large priorities across projects to ensure timely task completion.
- Support divisional leadership meetings and projects on an ad hoc basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $29.99- $31.99 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
