  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Major Construction Company seeking Regional Safety Manager to lead the safety function in Buffalo, NY and the surrounding region.
Work Schedule:
* 8-hour shift / Day shift / Monday to Friday
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* As a Regional Safety Manager, you will promote a positive and proactive safety culture through behaviors and actions.
* Review and update written programs, audits, and accident investigations.
* Track incident metrics and trends and apply findings.
* Manage worker's compensation incidents in a confidential manner that meets the needs of the employee and the company.
* Communicate and collaborate with business partners, regulatory agencies, and employees regarding safety requirements and opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards.
* Communicate issues, trends, regulatory updates, and training materials to employees, leadership, and direct reports.
* Responsible for the development and performance management of direct reports.

Job Requirements:
* 7+ years of safety experience
* 3+ years of direct supervisory experience.
* A bachelor's degree in safety or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Broad and detailed regulatory, training, inspection, and auditing knowledge.
* Construction or manufacturing industry experience is required.
* Knowledge of compliance relating to DOT, MSHA, and other federal regulations.
* Willingness to work overtime as needed during periods of shutdown.
