  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Desktop Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Provide first-level support for end users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) on desktops and laptops.
    • Manage software installations and updates, ensuring that all applications are up-to-date and functioning properly.
    • Diagnose and repair hardware failures, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • User Account Management:
    • Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts using Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or other identity management systems.
    • Assist with user permissions and access control, ensuring appropriate levels of access for different departments.
  • Incident Management:
    • Respond to support tickets raised through helpdesk systems in a timely manner, prioritizing and escalating issues as necessary.
    • Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
    • Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve more complex technical problems.
  • System Maintenance and Monitoring:
    • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including antivirus updates, system backups, and patch management.
    • Monitor the performance of desktop systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality for end users.
    • Assist with network connectivity issues, Wi-Fi configurations, and troubleshooting local area networks (LAN).
