Role Overview
The Senior Program Manager at HealthEdge supports our health plan, provider and partner customers to successfully implement Wellframe products and services . The Senior Program Manager will be the primary operational point of contact for thei r assigned customers, working within a multidisciplinary, team-based customer delivery model. Reporting to the VP of Customer Operations, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the implementation and support of 2-4 customers at any given time . Some accounts might be complex with multiple implementations. You will be supporting new customers as they implement our Wellframe product, as well as supporting existing customer s as they expand their use of the Wellframe platform.
The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the customer and internal teams to ensure key pro ject milestones are met on time and that the customer is positioned for success with respect to their Wellframe utilization and engagement metrics (e.g., customer staff adoption, member/patient onboarding, etc.). At Wellframe , the Senior Program Manager will be an expert source of knowledge on the Wellframe platform, operations, and delivery model . You will be a voice of the customer, as well as a customer advocate, relaying the customer ' s experiences and feedback internally and deriving opportunities for product and service support and enhancement.

Your Impact:
- Serve as the primary, daily point of contact to customer operational teams during implementation , building strong and lasting relationships with customer counterparts
- Responsible for coordinating Wellframe and Customer project/program resources and requirements needed for a successful project delivery
- Specific tasks include project management, leading customer calls, training customer staff, ensuring deliverables are met on time and of the highest quality
- Q uickly identifying and communicating potential risks as they emerge that may impact timeliness and success and implementing risk mitigation measures
- Serve as the primary intermediary between customers and HealthEdge teams during implementation
- Work with other internal teams to help optimize delivery processes
- Identify potential expansion opportunities to sales and account management
- Lead the implementation of new products and services supporting existing customers
- Mentor ing junior Program Manager s
- S erving as a subject matter expert in support of sales conversations
- Leading internal projects and initiatives as needed
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 6- 8 years of project management experience
- Minimum 5 years experience leading cross-functional, technical implementation projects in the healthcare space
- Experience working directly with external customers a must
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to understand and serve the multi-dimensional needs of our customers - those of their business, their clinical teams and their member populations
- Smart, well-organized, and collaborative, with a strong attention to detail & experience in project management and operations
- Strong understanding of payer, provider, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare market landscape
