We’re on the lookout for a strong, curious marketing designer to join our Wayfair Professional in-house creative team. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design for everything from promotional emails, to direct mail, to video. This role requires a skilled, meticulous, and motivated individual who can partner not only with fellow creatives, but also cross-functional marketing partners.
What You’ll Do
To be considered you must have an online portfolio. Your work should demonstrate a strong eye for design, experience in social and/or digital video, and a respect for brand standards.
An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:
All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
At this time, Wayfair does not provide sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.
The salary range for this position is $64,000-$70,500 however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

What You’ll Do
- Produce work that resonates with our customers and continues to raise the bar for our brand
- Execute promotional and brand-building campaigns across a number of channels - from site to social and beyond
- Collaborate with creative peers, leadership, and marketing partners to ensure concept and execution meet business objectives
- Stay organized and self-motivated to produce work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Be a vocal contributor, an organized team player, and a lover of interior design
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with social media, including video shooting & editing experience
- Ability to work Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), as well as familiarity with sketch and figma.
- An analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills
- A genuine and proactive interest in the latest design, art, and technology trends
- An enthusiastic and flexible work ethic – with a sense of humor(!)
