  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a global alternative investment management firm with $9 billion in AUM operating across a broad range of derivatives-based strategies and is hiring an Investor Relations Analyst who will provide support to the Investor Relations team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general support to all members of the Investor Relations & Client Solutions team and assist the team with delivering first class service to all investors and prospects
  • Work closely with team members and colleagues across departments to complete investor and prospective investor standardized and ad hoc reporting
  • Maintain and update the firm’s client relationship management system with all connectivity and email correspondences
  • Maintain firm wide marketing materials and presentation management software
  • Help oversee the relationship with the firm’s third-party administrator and provide support processing investor capital activity
  • Work to develop a strong product, strategy, and industry knowledge

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of financial services experience preferred
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize among many time-sensitive demands

Salary Range

$70,000-$80,000
