Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, handling intakes and providing basic information about our services.
  • Assist management, staff, and clients with administrative tasks related to client relations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized logs of client interactions, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Support coordination of client documentation, especially for insurance claims and construction projects.
  • Provide clients with updates about project timelines and next steps.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service for all clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in insurance claims or construction is highly preferred.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to work in a quirky, fun team environment.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
