  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We re seeking a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to help define the future of product experiences across our Digital Media Portfolio. In this meaningful role, you will work with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey across new and existing products. Your focus will be to ensure that we launch new products with best-in-class experiences, while continuously improving existing products, keeping our brand promise of delivering creativity for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Support the development of key personas and map customer journeys, identifying performance issues and areas of improvement.
  • Benchmarking Best Practices: Assist in benchmarking both internal and external workflows, using insights to identify industry best practices.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Gather and analyze data from various sources to evaluate the impact of changes to customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with Design Teams: Work closely with design teams to incorporate the latest designs and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to support senior product managers with decision-making processes.
  • Cross-Functional Facilitation: Lead discussions with teams across departments to drive action on product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer experience, product management, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources, driving insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Design Understanding: Basic knowledge of creative and design processes. Experience with tools like Figma is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, along with presentation abilities.
  • Proactive Approach: Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task management.
