Data Integration Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Data Integration Specialist.

Responsibilities:
* Data Integration Specialist will contribute to PeopleSoft to Workday migration in data warehouse environment
* Integrate data from Workday and build data marts leveraging Snowflake and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
* Collaborate with functional teams to understand data structures in PeopleSoft and map them to Workday's data mode
* Work closely with stakeholders to align data migration efforts with business goals and reporting needs
* As a Data Integration Specialist, you will implement data pipelines using IICS to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Workday
* Develop and optimize API calls to interact with Workday

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in a DWH environment
* Experience with PeopleSoft-to-Workday transitions
* Data warehouse experience
* ETL with IICS, Snowflake, and PeopleSoft Conversion
* Strong understanding of Workday's data model, security settings, and API capabilities
* Knowledge of SQL and scripting for data manipulation and transformation
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
