We are looking for an experienced iManage Administrator to oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of our iManage document management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration: Manage and maintain the iManage document management system, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patches.

User Support: Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and ensuring smooth operation of the system.

Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Data Management: Ensure the integrity and security of data within the iManage system. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.

Integration and Customization: Work with other IT staff to integrate iManage with other systems and customize it to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and usage. Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to document management. Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive information.

Vendor Management: Liaise with iManage support and other third-party vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.

RVAN and Azure Integration: Manage and support iManage RVAN (Records Manager, Security Policy Manager) and Azure platform integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an iManage Administrator or in a similar role. 6 plus years of experience in Legal industry.

Strong knowledge of iManage Work and its components.

Experience with iManage RVAN, Threat Manager.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platform and its integration with iManage.

Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory.

Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
