Project Coordinator - Warehouse

These services include site acquisition, design, and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.

We have an excellent opportunity with our Telecom Team for a Project Coordinator.

The Project Coordinator-Warehouse will be responsible for coordinating customer support services and document control.

• Work with Logistics and Procurement teams to ensure accurate records and data is maintained
• Oversees supply support functions
• Interface with accounting department regarding materials and purchase order fulfillment
• Maintain BOM tracking reports and coordinate or perform entry of information into Materials Management System
• Attend necessary construction meetings
• Complies with company-wide Safety program to maintain an accident-free environment
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Two years or more of inventory experience required
• Wireless industry experience required
• Valid Driver's license required
• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Customer service and communication skills required
• Detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize, expedite and meet deadlines is required
• Forklift Certification preferred
• MS Office skills preferred
• "VAST" experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting to 50 pounds. Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same.
