What you'll do
As a Lead Product Manager, you are a highly motivated leader who is accountable for defining the customer success strategy, internal data product roadmap, and designing solutions that build trust and develop features to scale and accelerate business decisions.
You are accountable for metrics, improving quality, and driving adoption of data products in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Docusign partner ecosystem. You will partner closely with customer success strategy leaders, clarify strategic intentions, identify business outcomes, and develop a product feature roadmap. With your knowledge in both data and renewals business, you will deliver in-depth insights and recommendations to decision-makers.
You have proven experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations. You have excellent written and oral communication skills, analytics and consultative skills, and partner engagement skills. You build out the data story that helps our executives to understand the opportunities and accelerate the decisions.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Director - Product Management.

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $164,800.00 - $232,750.00 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary
Washington DC: $171,500.00 - $242,225.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits .

Responsibility
- Lead product strategy development and execution for Customer Success and Renewals involving internal data product development and delivery across multiple features and working with multiple cross-functional teams and collaborators
- Lead highly complex and ambiguous work that involves many business teams, and annual planning
- Define and track success metrics
- Lead end user interviews and gather feedback, deciding which features in the scenario are priority and building a roadmap
- Translate business to technical requirements and partner with data delivery teams to deliver
- Conceive and align major product deliverables developed and implemented across multiple teams responsible for multiple sets of strategic key performance indicators
- Develop a change management plan to drive adoption
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership and executives on data product performance, demo and roadmap
- Extract optimal performance and results across multiple teams
- Play a leadership role in mentoring and coaching Data Analysts and Engineers
- Model leadership behaviors for others to emulate during times of ambiguity and change

What you bring
Basic
- 12+ years of experience in transforming customer success and renewals with data and analytics
- 5+ years of experience with SaaS business operations and leading organizational change
- Experience with data governance process for SaaS business metrics and policy implementations
Preferred
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to develop concepts and theories by connecting data across business domains
- Experience in Tableau or other visualization tools
- Experience in advanced analytics
- Customer Success and renewals acumen with an ability to communicate the data story
