  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly skilled OutSystems BPM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management (BPM) applications using the OutSystems platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and improve process efficiency.

<>Key Responsibilities:</>
  • Develop BPM solutions using the OutSystems platform, focusing on optimizing workflows and automating processes.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
  • Design user-friendly, scalable, and maintainable applications based on BPM best practices.
  • Develop integration solutions between OutSystems applications and external systems.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software that meets both functional and technical requirements.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of BPM solutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation of the development process, configuration, and functionality.
  • Stay updated on OutSystems platform capabilities and emerging trends in BPM and low-code development.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing BPM applications.
<>Required Qualifications:</>
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in OutSystems development, including working with BPM tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, automation, and workflow design.
  • Knowledge of integration techniques (APIs, web services, etc.) within the OutSystems environment.
  • Experience with OutSystems UI development, database design, and data management.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and development processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
<>Preferred Skills:</>
  • Certification in OutSystems (Professional or Expert Developer level).
  • Experience with other BPM tools like Appian, Pega, or Bizagi is a plus.

  • Experience with RESTful services, SOAP, or similar integration standards.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
