Seeking a Planview PPM Administrator to provide system admin supporting a Planview AdaptiveWork PPM implementation.

Role: Contract

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main interface between IT and Business/functional users.
  • Configure and administer Planview AdaptiveWork PPM application (formerly Clarizen)
  • Create custom reports
  • Train users
  • Create and support workflows
  • Translate functional requirements into specific technical requirements and viable solutions
  • Create and maintain system documentation and best practices

Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in PPM system administration of project portfolio management or change management software; AdaptiveWork is preferred
  • Technical / development experience is one or more of the following Visual Basic, .NET or HTML
  • Proficiency in configuring and administering Planview PPM
  • Strong understanding of project and portfolio management principles
  • Sys Admin admin supporting Planview AdaptiveWork (preferred) or other Project Portfolio Management software (i.e. Clarity, ServiceNow, Jira, Asana)
